I learned a lot during my first year at Ohio University. However, most of what I learned came from being outside of class because the classes themselves just serve to introduce and provide overviews of the courses. First year students typically are taking the general education tier requirements and a lot of the information will be similar to what was learned in high school.

    Ohio University has something for everyone. As a vegan on campus there are many options from the dining halls to chipotle and LuiLui restaurant. Athens is an experience unlike any other.

    The Ohio University is set in a great location, in the beautiful Athens, Ohio. Professors at OU are all willing to help, and are extremely well-versed in their particular areas of study. They offer a wide selection of majors.

    Ohio University is a great place to attend school, there is a beautiful view everywhere you go. The staff is very helpful and will even go out of their way to assist a student. I love Athens, Ohio.

    Ohio University is a beautiful, if hilly, campus. It's faculty is passionate, kind, and intelligent, and classes are fulfilling for those who really want to learn. The small town life is nice, but if you aren't into partying you need to get involved in other ways, since parties and Greek life make up a large portion of what to do around town on a weekend. (But you don't have to party to have a good time)

    Ohio University is a really nice school. Most of the professors I've had are helpful and have no problem doing what they can to help you pass. Also has a nice presence because not being in a huge city, you can still get a country feel.
