OU as a whole is well worth what you pay. The only thing I disagree with is that they kind of suck your money out of you when you're here. In the Nelson Market for example, everything is basically three times the price of what it would be elsewhere, and there are huge flat screen tvs that project stupid things like the hours a store is open, etc. As far as education goes though, five stars.

Ohio University is an amazing deal for the education you get. It is known as Harvard on the Hocking for its stellar academics but comes at a cost that is lower than many other state schools. For the esteem and credibility that comes with an Ohio University education, a better price cannot be found.

It may be because I have never been responsible for much of my finances before, and college in general is expensive, but sometimes certain charges and financial obligations seem a bit much.

It is pricey to go to college but there is a lot of ways you can get help with money!

I feel like I'm definitely getting an excellent education without it costing me an arm and a leg. Lots of scholarships are also available.
