Around Town

For fun we either go to the rec,play video games, rock climb, hang out in the quad, go off-campus to perry farms, or hang out in the dorms lobby.

There are many sporting events to go to at school. If playing is your style there are intramural sports that you can play. There are also several campus events like Ollies Follies that are very fun. There's also the new rec center that has nearly everything for people. Near by there are three movie theaters and a place for miniature golf and go-karts.

There are several bowling alleys in the area. Olivet has opened a humongous recreational center; it has everything you can imagine in it, from skiball, to a huge swimming pool, with a hot tub, rock wall, field house with a track and three courts inside of it.

We go up to Chicago and hang out for fun. Around campus we also go watch movies and participate in intramural sports in our brand new recreation area.

There are a few movie theaters, a bowling alley, a hidden cover sports plea with a climbing wall and mini golf and quite a few stores and restaurants.

Most weekends there is some kind of event. There are musical and acting performances and pre- released movies. Students play intramural sports and pick-up games. Most students find things to do with the students that live in their dorm.
