Depending what you want to Major in or what your course is there are some teachers that are great and some that arent as great. I suggest you use ratemyprofessor.com before actually signing up for a class. Other than that most of the teachers hear at OCC seems to be great, but you just got to land on the right teacher.

Orange Coast College has been a great place to go to school because they offer excellent two year degree and certificate programs. Also because the cost is very inexpensive, roughly $2000 per year including books(averaging 15 units per semester). I would give OCC a 9 out of 10.

The relatively inexpensiveness of attending vs a Cal State or University makes it so much easier to be able to attend the first few years of college. Although the classes are full and waitlisting is not my favorite I enjoyed my overall experience here.
