    You want to have as many credits as you can going into college, not just because you can graduate earlier, but also because the more credits you have, the more likely you will be able to get classes you want for next year and get better dorms/apartments.

    Come into the school ready to work hard in your studies because it is challenging. I recommend doing a sport too if you are an athlete, the athletics really preach STUDENT-athletes since it is D3 and you can't do a sport on scholarship, so it is very self-motivated.

    Don't be fake. Find the people that appeal to you. There are many clubs, classes, sports, etc, so don't be afraid to be you.

    Be honest with admissions and financial aid if you really want to be here. They will be extremely friendly and helpful, but they can't help you if you don't open straightforward communication with them.
