Create an account now!My family and I have really enjoyed exploring the area and going hiking outdoors. There is so much to see and explore in this area. We also really enjoy taking day trips to the coast.
» Read MoreThere's a beach volleyball court where when the sun is out, everyone goes out to play or watch. There's also people who practice balancing on slack lines. There are rumors of a possible rock climbing wall that may be installed. There's a huge field where you can play frisbee or play soccer, and there's a nice little square where you can sit under a tree and do your homework while enjoying the nice weather. When it's raining, a lot of residence halls have pool tables and tv's for watching tv or movies.

» Read MoreThe Outback always has something planned for fun, which includes hikes, rock climbing, white water rafting, skiing, et cetera. And the community always has something going on like a play or new movie release.
» Read MoreThe town is pretty small, but there is a theater that students can go to for $2 and there are a ton of great restaurants. It is easy to get to downtown Portland, where there is a LOT to do, and there are always events on campus.
» Read MoreWhile students here are hardworking, they also enjoy a good party. Forest Grove doesn't offer much for night life, but if you enjoy being outdoors there's plenty to do. Plus, Portland is only a 30 minute drive.
» Read MoreThere is not much for fun in Forest Grove. Join a few clubs, and make friends that way. The Hawaiian Club presents a luau annually and it's a lot of fun.

Pacific has a wonderful outdoor program - Pacific Outback - which is located on the edge of campus and has excellent deals on gear rentals and several different kinds of trips - from rock climbing at Smith Rock to rafting on the Deschutes River to snow shoeing at Mt. Hood. The opportunities are endless!
