There is always sports games on campus, whether it be pickup basketball, soccer, or football games. People go bowling and will often go around town to hang out. Portland is also available by the bus and train!

Many of the students venture out to Portland on the weekends or attend town events right next to campus. You can also sign up for different activities with the Outback. They have activities such as rafting, hiking, etc.

My family and I have really enjoyed exploring the area and going hiking outdoors. There is so much to see and explore in this area. We also really enjoy taking day trips to the coast.

There's a beach volleyball court where when the sun is out, everyone goes out to play or watch. There's also people who practice balancing on slack lines. There are rumors of a possible rock climbing wall that may be installed. There's a huge field where you can play frisbee or play soccer, and there's a nice little square where you can sit under a tree and do your homework while enjoying the nice weather. When it's raining, a lot of residence halls have pool tables and tv's for watching tv or movies.
