Penn State Altoona is a small branch campus to the Pennsylvania State University. With around 4,000 students the opportunities to stand out and be heard are tremendous! It is a great transition campus for any student looking to make a smooth transition into college with the opportunity to move on to a bigger university later on.

It's great for people who want to know their professors. The campus is small and beautiful and you can walk to classes unlike the bigger campus, University Park. Altoona also offers a lot of majors.

Penn State Altoona is a very beautiful campus, although it is not very large, everything you need is there. If I need to describe Penn State Altoona in one word, it would have to be homey. It makes me feel at ease and comfortable, people here are family to me.
