Categories Comments Great for these types of students At this branch campus theres a club here for everyone ranging from Theater, dance, student government associations, to environmental clubs. GA is one of the most diverse campuses under Penn state excepting students from different places and cultural backgrounds
Tips for prospective students For all prospective students keep in mind when doing assignments that one of your main goals as a student is to please your teacher if you please your teacher by following their directions, coming to class on time, and doing your work to their standards you should do just fine in their class.
Bang for the buck Attending a Penn State campus is very costly, but with the two for two year deal youll be out of the branch campus and on to University Park where every cent of your money will be worth it for the good quality of education.
Am enjoying being here Overall my experience at Penn State GA has been a little boring. I am getting alot out of the academics and really learning alot but at the same time there isnt much to do.
Am learning a lot Penn State GA is a much smaller branch college equipping me with knowledge in my major that i can go on and use at University Park. The teachers at this branch college are always available and there's always tutors at hand to help you in any subject.

Categories Comments Campus Safety The police look after everything and it is a safe environment from the start so students will not have to worry about bullying or anything else.
Great for these types of students Students who do not like huge class rooms. For students who like to have a relationship with their teachers.
Bang for the buck Its a lot of money to pay but it is all worth it. and it is not just Penn state tuition that are high its is all schools because tuition is going up.
What to do for fun Get involved in clubs and intramural sports, there are all kinds of clubs all over if you join, you are guaranteed to meet new people and make friends with people that have the same interests as you. The gym is open and there are events held in the cafe. You can also go to the fitness center to work out if you like to go to the gym and get in shape if that is what you like to do.
Food and Dining The food is pretty decent. but you have to be willing to try new things because you might get tired of eating the same things everyday.
Dorm Life The dorms are a good place to live, you can meet a lot of people if you become involved with the activities that go on in the residence hall.
Tips for prospective students Get to know all of your teachers and do not fool around when it comes to studying. If you have to transfer to main campus because of your major, Try to make the best of it before you have to transfer because you will find yourself lost at the main campus if you do not.
In three sentences Penn State is a great school. You can learn a lot if you like small classes and close relationships with teachers. Penn State Greater Allegheny can make your educational goals completer if your willing to put in the work.

Tips for prospective students Work and study hard, don't slack off!
In three sentences Although its a small campus, it still has a lot to offer. Also, there are many majors that are here (so you dont have to transfer to another campus if you dont want to). Finally, this campus is very diverse and it's a great start and great transition from high school.

Take advantages of these resources as often as possible.
