I have been at PV for almost 3 years now and I can firmly say that you cant help but learn something as your here. I am a firm believer that Prairie View Produces Productive People because their are so many great influences on this campus you cant help but to be motivated to achieve great goals. But, Of course, it is just like any other college and has their flaws but I can say it does...

I would rate Prairie view a & m a 7 on a 1-10 scale. I give it this rating due to its good teachers and their relationships with their students, but the distance from such things as grocery stores holds this school as a 7

I've been told, Prairie view A & M has the highest rankings in the engineering, Nursing and business department. When I toured Prairie view myself, I was enthused to see the variety of Major's and amenities around campus. I've gotten to see where I would spend most of my time and what kind of food I would be engaging in.

Beautiful campus, easily accessible and close to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Very much a party school, unfortunately mostly on weeknights. Professors in the sciences tend to be unhelpful to freshmen and sophomores, and more focused on seniors and graduate students.
