» Read MoreThe area has tons of hiking, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities. There also is a lot of live music and city events happening all the time.
» Read MoreThe possibilities are endless. In my week stay, I managed to fit in rock climbing twice, bouldering, lots of hiking, and kayaking. There are plenty of get-togethers at night, including house shows. Donna's is always a good time and Whiskey Row is a blast. Plus, you're only a few hours away from the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Phoenix, and Flagstaff.
» Read MoreLots of stuff outside! There is always some one or a group going hiking, climbing, bouldering, etc. There is also musical talent shows to go to as well.
» Read MoreOnce again; depends on the program. I might consider rock-climbing or kayaking to relax, but the Outdoor Education students have to do it for a grade. Bike paths and great hiking outside of town. Some bars in town, but not much of a nightlife. Two other colleges in town provide for a lot of student mixing.
