Prince Georges Community College is great for those straight out of high school. This school is what I would describe as a bridge school, whch fills in the gap for those who either need some developmental courses or for those who have been out of school for a long period of time. This school has prepared me academically and mentally for when I transfer to a four year institution.

With the right teacher you can actually learn something. The food is good but the cafeteria is usually crowded during the day, especially in the winter. It is highly black students but it is still diverse.

Prince George's Community College, or PGCC, is a great school with a lot to offer if you look. It is a very diverse campus with many locations to further your education besides their main Largo campus. Also allowing entrance to a 4-year school because of the transfer programs at PGCC while saving money.

It's a small campus so finding your way around will be easy. For me, I enjoyed my classes and professors. A lot of people say bad things about PGCC, but its really what you make of it.

It is a nice, well organized school. It is chaos free, and there are so many places to relax and do your work. As long as your focused on transferring and getting good grades you will do well.

A good education for a great value. Most of the faculty are competent and willing to work with students' needs. The small, diverse community atmosphere provides a place to get involved and take advantage of broadening opportunities. Take classes online or face-to-face.

There are a lot of resources for financial aid, From on campus jobs, School grants, Financial aid, and workshops. The classes are small and intimate, so you always get help when you need it. They will do anything to make sure you are ready to transition into your desired career or your university of choice.
