It is one of the most uplifting campus' I have ever been on, because everyone understands the importance of Christian Science. The small size of the campus means that you get one on one time with all your professors, and they are able to take a personal interest in their students. The academics at Principia are exceptional and can be geared towards almost anyone.
Tips for prospective students
It's a good idea to have a car, or have a friend with a car, because otherwise it is impossible to get off campus. You do need to be a Christian Scientist to attend, but you can be anywhere in your knowledge or belief of Christian Science.
Academic Rigor
The classes are all academically challenging to different degrees. A majority of them require a lot of thought and hard work, but it depends on how much you want to challenge yourself and what your major is. Most of the teachers are really great.
Dorm Life
The houses are all small enough that you know pretty much everyone in your house. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in the living room if I have to, it's never been taken, and I trust everyone in my house. All but one of the houses (and the freshman houses) are same-sex, which can be good or bad, depending on the person. The resident counselors are all extremely helpful and sweet and generally know what is going on in their house.
Food and Dining
The dining services are fairly good, compared to other college campus' I have been on, and there is always a wide variety of food available. I've found that the amount of money on my meal card is adequate, though others have had problems. If you don't want to eat in the dining room you can go the pub or the c-store, but otherwise you have to go significantly far off of campus.
What to do for fun
There is always something going on on campus if you don't have access to a car, but if you do then you can easily get to St. Louis. The Pub is a great place to hang out, and there are lots of trails out onto the bluffs that you can explore.
Bang for the buck
They offer great financial aid and scholarships, and the education you get is well worth it.
Great for these types of students
Christian Scientists who like smaller schools.
Greek Life
There are no sororities or fraternities. The campus is too small.
Campus Safety
the campus security works really hard and is generally very good. Not much gets stolen because the campus is really small so it would be easy to figure out where it went.

a kind and very loving community. small classes make for more one-on-one time, and there are always tutors available. the bluffs are a great place to explore and think.
Tips for prospective students
if you're gay, come with determination. only with steely resolution and more support can prin be convinced of its prejudice.
Academic Rigor
easy.
Dorm Life
very safe and friendly, but can get crowding if you need alone time.
Food and Dining
more options would be great, but there isn't much to be expected from such a small school.
What to do for fun
haha. you'll have to figure that one out for yourself!
Greek Life
none.
Campus Safety
safe as you can get. almost too safe, considering there are no locks on dorm rooms.
