The food prices and dorm prices are high for what you get. Education is good

Internet is spotty. Teachers try too hard. Beds squeak like they are made of mice. Mattresses feel like they came from Alcatraz. Fire alarms are very sensitive (hair straightener on high has set one off here). Drinking tap water is not a good idea and tastes even worse. Buying books from the bookstore is a mistake you only make once but pay for for the rest of your bachelor's degree (go to amazon or ebay). Work is hard to come by. Bugs are a part of everyday life. Oh and the football team absolutely sucks.
