    If you do your best, the best will come to you. That is what I have come to learn while attending Roane State. The instructors want you to succeed more than anything. They are willing to help, as long as you're willing to put forth the effort. The other students here are the kindest, most helpful people. The friends I have made here will be the ones I have for the rest of my life. So make friends. Give it your all. You will succeed.

    Make sure you stay on top of your financial aid, records, and general administrative paper work because I--and many other students--have encountered issues with the financial aid and records department losing and misplacing important information.

    Rent your books online because the bookstore charges outrageous prices. As most of the math classes are online, it is harder to keep up if you are enrolled in them, and I advise that you not take more than one math class at a time.
