    In three sentences

RCC's campus provides small classroom sizes, which provide more one on one with instructors. Student services, like The Learning Center and TRIO, offer additional opportunities for tutoring. Community college is not just students looking for a trade; most students are building a strong foundation before moving on to the Bachelor level.
