Get involved to get the full experience of this college. Don't become disillusioned. Do more than your schoolwork and don't expect excuses from professors.

Contact your admissions counselor early - they are awesome and will help you every step of the way. If you are going to be involved in any type of extra curricular activity contact the coach or person responsible for the club early and get yourself prepared. Keep your grade point average up!!! Retake your ACT's as many times as you need to so you can get a high grade!! Very important.

Make sure you want to go to a small school before applying. It is a very small school, and at times felt like I was still in high school, but do not let that stop you from coming. If you just get involved with all of the other activities around the school will help you stay busy and active, and will also help you meet so many new people.
