Around Town

You could always go to the rec center located within the campus. If not you could catch a Cubs or Sox games by taking the L to the respective stadiums.

The school's center for student involvement is constantly hosting fun events both in the school and around the city for its students. Some of the events include major sporting events, concerts, and festivals. The school also has great lounges with pool tables, fooz ball, ping pong tables, flat screen televisions, and cool views of the skyline. There is also a large state of the art fitness center and basketball gym.

In Chicago, there is so much to do that I could not begin to explain. In Schaumburg, there is not as much to do.

Absolutely anything, it is right in the heart of Chicago, which is the 3rd biggest city in the United States.

Explore Chicago! Chicago students get great discounts in the downtown area, as well as some outer neighborhoods. Take advantage of the museums in the area, Navy Pier, restaurants, etc.

In my opinion, you don't go to college to have fun. You go to college to get a degree and graduate and get a job. Nevertheless, Roosevelt is always offering things (activities, clubs, events) through the Student Life Center. Not to mention that Roosevelt's downtown campus is, well, downtown.

Your in the City. You will find something.

Roosevelt University is next by the lake and millennium park as well as other famous places here in Chicago. Students will have a wonderful time walking and having fun at downtown as well as going to the Water Tower and Sears Tower etc.

The school hosts many small events throughout the year.

My campus is located in Schaumburg IL - also a north suburb - you name -Schaumburg or the towns next to it have it.
