Rose-Hulman may seem like that unlikely option based purely on the cost, but you'll be surprised. The quality of education here is wonderful, but be prepared to be challenged. Visit and see if the environment is right for you, apply, and be surprised (the application is easy)

Rose-Hulman is a thriving environment both creatively and academically. It provides a supportive environment that allows for students to explore and question. It also allows students to grow and be exposed to the real world by offering programs, events, and opportunities.

It is the number 1 school for engineering in the nation, with the highest degree earned at a graduate level. Quite possibly the most difficult thing you will ever do in your life. They are willing to do anything they can to help you make it through.

    1. RHIT is one of the hardest things you'll ever do, but also one of the most rewarding. 2. RHIT is really a family - we study, we laugh, we party, we cry, and we single handedly support the entire energy drink industry together. 3. RHIT is quite the investment, and it's also an experience worth having.

Rose-Hulman offers a great education from a great faculty if a student is willing to attend class, work hard, and spend some time at office hours. The cost of attendance is high, and scholarship reward isn't great. The students here are mostly very friendly and fun to know.
