There is always something happening on campus, whether it is a G.I meeting, or Ink Club open mic or a party in the Student Union. People need to remember we are funding these organizations so we should definitely make use and go to them. there is ALWAYS something happening.

Join organizations! There is always something going on on-campus. Also, take a trip to downtown Buffalo with your student bus pass and go see a play or hang out with friends. There is a lot to do in the city of Buffalo.

There are various events that the campus organizes for student recreations. I recommend that students pay attention to the various poster boards around the campus because that's where advertisng for upcoming events can usually be found there. There's also various clubs that students can join and countless recreational areas where students can either sit and hang out, or study quietly and focus.

During the colder season there isn't much to do unless you have a car. The snow limits mobility greatly and is a bit of a nuisance. However, when using a car you can go to places like the bowling alley, the Walden Galleria Mall, or out to eat at a nearby Applebee's.

There are many clubs and groups to join, too many to name. School host many events like fashion shows, pageants, cultural shows, Apollo Night, Mr.Smooth Contest, Poetry Slams, Tea Parties, and parties hosted by which ever club. Students can ice skate in the arena, play many sports in the gym or exercise. Many events happen off- campus as well or at University at Buffalo. Also you can watch the school's sports teams play, go to the lake, or the many museums across the street.

Buffalo is a decent city when it comes to it being a college town. Mostly revolves around sports and wings, so not the biggest, but not the worst, either. Also, Buffalo is a party school - so their is always a party, even in the winter so make sure you ALWAYS have cab money. During the day, and week Buffalo State organizations (AASO, CSO, FSA, Ink Club & etc) always have events open for students to attend so they are usually fun.

A side from going to parties, Buff state has movie night on Fridays, and have programs for different clubs that everyone goes to. There a lot of fun and don't cost a thing to you because you already paid for it. Also elmwood avenue is amazing in the summer time, everyone is out and walking around and it's absoultly beautiful on a summer day. Also delaware park is a great place to go during the spring and summer as well.
