To start, I am a sophomore at SUNY Oneonta double majoring in Geology and Anthropology and also perusing a double minor in Biology and Water Resources. After just two semesters at Oneonta, I can already say that I have learned an immense amount of material. Many of my classes have included trips out into the field and the practical experience aids tremendously in the classroom. I was not an Anthropology major when I arrived, however, through the General Education requirements, I was able to take a couple classes in the disciple and become fascinated with it.     Oneonta is a great college. Being active with different clubs and sports on campus will make your college experience a good one. The weather is extremely fickle. The dining hall food is good at first, but can get old after a while.

    While I still have a few months left of high school, I can honestly say that I am looking forward to my future at SUNY Oneonta. So far the college has been very helpful in my application process and I can see myself fitting in very comfortably there.

    SUNY Oneonta is a beautiful campus located in a small town. If you want to go to a college that is in a rural area, Oneonta is for you. It's quite peaceful and calm and lovely if you want to get away from all the noise.

    This institute is great and has many majors to choose from. The classes are bigger than what I will like but the teacher are usually very good and well trained. The campus is beautiful and the people are nice.

    This college is a great liberal arts school for any student who isn't quite sure of what they want to do after college. They offer a wide variety of majors and minors with an outstanding teaching staff. The students here are mostly friendly and the atmosphere here is very chill.
