Laid-back, easy-going feel for your freshman year, which helps to get accustomed to a new surrounding. Sports teams are easier to make, as I made the swim and tennis team at Delhi with no prior experience in either sport, besides just recreational. Cool clubs and different array of people.
» Read MoreSUNY Delhi is a beautiful place. Green trees and grass everywhere, nice scenary during all seasons, but the school is located on a very large hill. To walk to town is a hassle and to walk back up is VERY exhausting. Delhi is in the middle of nowhere and the closest mall is nearly an hour away. There are a few stores nearby like a dollar store and a supermarket, a MacDonald's, a Pizza hut and few other things. The gym is located at the very top of the campus and of course that's a journey itself just to get up there. Seems like a lot of construction is going on as the years go on, but it's for the better.
