Just explore the campus. There is also a huge park across the street. It's a nice place to go when it's nice and sunny.

You can join clubs that are in the school, they can help you build leadership and be a better person.

The central valley has many things to keep you busy and its less than two hours to the San Francisco bay or Tahoe and hiking and camping. The downtown/midtown Sacramento scene and night life will give you the time to relax from school as well as the many parks and museums surrounding Sacramento.

There are multi-cultural and multi-talented festivities occurring constantly at Sacramento City College. This allows students to be exposed to the different customs and cultures of places around the world. There then are opportunities to join and discover more about each culture.

There are a lot of free performances and lecturer offered on campus and there is sports, art and theater but not a whole lot socially. It's a city college so most students are working and/or have families that they concentrate on.

Their are many clubs and programs that SCC offers. Their sports department are highly rated as well.

All campus sporting events are free for students. One can join many clubs and sports teams. The college offers fun events every once in a while including movie nights and musical performances.
