Around Town

There is plenty of things to do. SJU sponsors many events throughout the year including movies, formals, laser tag, skiing, etc.

Saint Joe's is located right outside Center City Philadelphia. Two train stops from campus and you are in the heart of Philadelphia. Along with the city being very close and accessible there are always sporting events or club events occurring around campus.

Get involved, join clubs, at the end of every year we have a party call Hawk-A-Palooza, its a great time!!!!

There are many clubs, intramural sports, and events on campus. If you meet good friends then you make your own fun.

Basketball games are always fun and everyone goes so there is a ton of school spirit. Philly is only one train stop away ($4) and in a city there are tons of museums and fun activities you can find!

Explore the city.

Downtown Philadelphia is a short bus or train ride away where there are museums, restaurants, shops, etc. Manyunk is also a short bus ride which is a wonderful area with bars, restaurants, and movie theater.

Being at Saint Joe's, you are at the helm of the second largest city in the United States, so explore for fun. I'd recommend riding the train and walking around Philly to see what the city has to offer. Make sure you bring a buddy because it is a bit dangerous. Other than that, go to eat and see the historic landmarks.
