Categories Comments Great for these types of students Come here if you want to go into mission or if you want to get solid Bible support before going on to another school.
Tips for prospective students Come here with a humble spirit, and don't come thinking that you know everything. Make sure that you are willing to learn, because if you don't then you won't learn. Also throw yourselves out there, don't be afraid to try new things.
Bang for the buck While SLCC is a great school, there are other places with nicer facilities.
Am enjoying being here I have made tons of friends here, and I definitely won't ever forget any of them once I'm graduated.
Am learning a lot As a current student I know that I am being challenged, and I know that this school definitely wants you to succeed. The college teachers you a lot about yourself and the spiritual aspect of your spiritual walk.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students If you are %100 sure that you absolutely want to be in ministry, SLCC might be a decent choice. Make sure you have good connections with the school and brown nose the staff and follow every single rule impeccably.
Tips for prospective students If you really want to go to Bible college, don't go to this one. If you are %100 sure that you absolutely want to be in ministry, SLCC might be a decent choice. Make sure you have good connections with the school and brown nose the staff and follow every single rule impeccably.
Bang for the buck Every student who lives on campus receives free tuition, but there is little to no technical services, the food is terrible, and there is NOTHING to do on campus.
Am enjoying being here There are very few services offered and the extremely small campus atmosphere makes a poisonous environment for rumors and favoritism. Plus, there is nothing to do on campus and it's located in a really bad neighborhood.
Am learning a lot The Bible courses are great and extensive, but everything else seems to be glazed over. The only decent field of study here is ministry.

Categories Comments Bang for the buck I have met a lot of great people that i have become close to. I believe i will stay in contact with even after i finish my education at SLCC
Food and Dining I live off-campus and the Cafe we have is awesome. There have been times I've eaten in the cafateria and the food great as well.
Academic Rigor Some classes will seem harder because it is stretching you out of you comfort zone. It's okay just breathe and relax and it will turn out great.
Tips for prospective students NO matter how silly or dumb the question may seem to you: ASk anyway. You will be glad you did.
In three sentences I rate SLCC at 10. From the beginning to now I have receiving exceptional assistance from the staff and professional. Even when I was struggling with an assignment or class itself the professor would take time with me as well as simplify instructions so i could understand where difficulty was so i could overcome obstacle and succeed.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Very safe but we also live in inner Saint Louis so it can be unsafe at times.
Greek Life None
Bang for the buck At the school there is a tuition-paid scholarship, that the requirement is living on campus and take minimum of 12 credit hours.
What to do for fun I play soccer, and ultimate frisbee for the school, but I also enjoy video games, and reading about World War II
Food and Dining Previously had a professional cook but this upcoming year is still a mystery.
Dorm Life Great dorm life, well easily find friends and have great discussions on God.
Academic Rigor The school is on a 4.0 scale with a tough grading scale because that want to send smart people to the working field of God.
Tips for prospective students Students that might attend will have a culture shock if they aren't use to the inner city or big city feel.
In three sentences This is a great school to come and learn about God's Word and what he has in store for you. They try there hardest to teach as well as preach the bible to each student and share there struggles they faced in college. This campus is a very tight group with many different backgrounds and makes for a great college experience.

Categories Comments What to do for fun depends on your interests. sports and music is a big part of the school
Food and Dining Love the cafe. very peaceful and relaxing. However, it also helps that the people at the college are so kind and welcoming. You can watch movies, chill and play music, or just grab and coffee and chat with friends.
Academic Rigor It is challenging but also practical. I am learning and retaining. whereas with other institutions, all I can do is cram and hope it sticks.
Tips for prospective students Be patient with the registration day. It can be quite overwhelming and confusing but once you are done, its a breeze. Be serious about your MAP program, because if you aren't you won't make it.
In three sentences Saint Louis Christian College, is an institution that is well rounded in not only its academics but also its spiritual emphasis. They have found a way to bring a medium of holistic ministries when it comes to educating prospects for future careers. They give practical knowledge along with biblical knowledge.
