The class sizes are small so one can ask questions and get one-on-one help. And it is not true that professors do not care about academic progress. They do and will even go out of their way to make sure you understand the class concepts and succeed.

I love Saint Mary's College. It is truly the best of both worlds; it provides the small, tight-knit community on campus with the large, well-known university, Notre Dame, across the road that also provides the big sporting events.

Saint Mary's College is an academically challenging school in the small city of South Bend. It has small class sizes so getting one-on-one time with your professor is easy. It is an expensive all women's college but most girls I know here have all received large scholarships.

Saint Mary's is like a community of the sisters you always wanted. The classes can be challenging, but they are also small enough that every professor knows you well and is willing to help. All in all, being an SMC Belle is an experience you cannot get at a large or coed school, and not even at every women's college.

Saint Mary's is a great academic environment. The faculty is very supportive and interesting in the progress of their students. While the courses are challenging, it is a great intellectual environment that provides women with great skills for the future.

It is a great school. Teachers are great and really help you and want you to succeed. Small school environment, but Notre Dame is right across the street if you want to experience a big campus every once in a while.

Saint Mary's is a great school that promotes the education of women and helps them along their journey as a person. The professors are very passionate about the subjects they teach and each teacher wants to help you do your best. The campus is absolutely gorgeous and the area around it is full of great things (malls, restaurants, other universities,etc.).

Saint Mary's College is an all girls college in Notre Dame, Indiana on the northern outskirts of South Bend, IN. It is the sister college to both the University of Notre Dame as well as to Holy Cross College. With small class sizes, actually small total student population overall, and excellent academic programs, Saint Mary's really helps personalizing secondary education and helping you to pursue your interests.

I give Saint Mary's on a scale of 1-10 an 8.5. The professors are amazing, and so helpful but the dinner meal plans are very expensive and not much variety on food! Also financially students are give plenty of scholarships and grants from the school which is great!
