    Get to know your professors, they can offer a lot of advice and help along your educational journey. Also, get to know your flow sheet so when you go into advising, you already know everything you need to know about your path to graduation. There were times where I even knew more about the requirements than my advisor!

    I would recommend living on campus to gain the entire college experience. It helps the trasition from high school to college by becoming fully emerged in the campus and its activities. I would also suggest students take full advantage of the tutors and extra help the school offers
