They have a bunch of clubs that you could join.

Join a club! There are a few bars (Piper Down) nearby. You can ride the bus straight into downtown SLC after school and go dancing, drinking, ride the TRAX to the City Library.

Mainly outdoor recreational activities (i.e. snowboarding, skiing, hiking, etc)

It's Utah! You can ski, snowboard, water-ski, hike, swim, snow-shoe, rock climb, bike, run, see a REAL game, the Jazz, tour the 2002 Olympic sites...

Sport events, clubs, never a dull moment.

Since you are in the Salt Lake valley, all of the usual fun applies. Twenty or so minutes from downtown makes it worth the commute.

They ahve bowling, lots of student activities and student days where they get together and have fun. Lots of clubs to join and they are all free. Whatever you want you can find.

Winter: Snowboarding. Summer: Longboarding.

Go home after classes! I am a working mother so I am not involved with the activities and clubs that are offered at the college.

ski one of the many resorts 20-30 minutes away, city creek mall downtown, clark planetarium, hiking, biking, photography, great salt lake for sunset cruise, antelope island for horseback riding, LAGOON!
