Play sports, go to the gym, go to the different events on campus

There are several things to do for fun. Find a club that has the same interest as you, and you will have all the fun in the world.

I am apart of many of the student organizations on campus, so this is where I enjoy most of my free time.

Just recently, as in about two months ago, Gundy's has opened. Gundy's is a local hookah bar. They sell teas, have karoake, and you can play games. Also there is Shenanigans, the Fox and a few lounges around town. Hunstville Cinema movies are only 3 bucks and 5 after 6 p,m. !

Huntsville is not too far from Houston and surrounding cities. It's an easy drive down I-45 to the city. Huntsville itself also has a movie theater that only costs $5 and $3 for matinee.

There's so much more to do for fun than people realize! Five dollar movies at the theatre, bowling, shopping, parks, swimming, places to eat, historical sites, the Sam Houston statue, etc.

There's a cheap movie theater in town. SHSU also has a Kat Klub with pool tables, video games, and other stuff!

You're going to have to make friends to find things to do, there isn't much going on around Huntsville. Tuesdays, Thursday are when everyone goes to Shenanigans or the Fox for drink specials.

There is a REC center, lots of groups to be a part of, History all through the town, to learn about. shops, sports and outdoor fun right on the campus...Theater, Music events. local businesses to check out. Stores, etc.

There are many activities, organizations and groups on campus to meet everybody's needs. So whether you are interested in sports, games or reading there is a group of people who share your compassion.
