Around Town

For fun, I guess PE class is fun. Honestly, this campus is full of students who have work right after classes get out so not many people linger around campus or are involved in any school clubs, etc.

Stay and watch some of the girl's sport activities.

There are several clubs and fitness classes.

There is really nothing to do ON campus, but nearby there is the Balboa park and SDSU area is not far from here.

Many people to make friends with. My friends and I usually go to the piano room as we hear the Mesa Vocal Ensembles sing. Also dance in the dance rooms provided or just relax in the nice green fields just socializing and listening/making music.

On campus there are a lot of interesting people to meet and talk to. Also Fashion valley and Mission Valley are the nearest malls and are within a 10 minute radius.

Mesa is a bit disconnected from off-campus activities so if you find yourself on campus all day I recommend checking out the art building from time-to-time; there are galleries every once in a while displaying student work. I also recommend getting involved in an on-campus club if you have a lot of time to spare; there are some great clubs that meet at many different times.

San Diego Mesa College supports their dance students. Fliers are posted around campus on when and where they are performing. The dance performances are awesome!

Enjoy the nearby beaches.
