    I can't stress this enough for future students scheduling out your time is a must to succeed. Showing up for class and participating and know yourself don;t take so many classes where you overwhelm yourself because it could affect your grades signifcantly.

    - Live on campus the first year, so that you can make new friends. (I recommend the Bricks even though I didn't live there my first year. I wish I did.) - Always try your best in all your classes. Know when to party and when to study! - Don't be scared to visit professors' office hours once in a while if you are stuck on something. They are all want their students to succeed and will try their best to help you.

    If you are receiving financial aid through the FAFSA, you'll most likely be eligible for Work Study so make sure to check that box on job applications on campus. Also, scholarship money sent directly to the school will be reflected on the appropriate IRS tax return and will also increase your EFC on the FAFSA.
