From On-Campus Tutoring in every subject you will be taught to Volunteer Tutors through the Phi Theta Honor Society, you will have no reason to ever get less than a B. The school's Gateway Program will ensure you a gateway to success with tutors also inside your classroom as well as in the Gateway Center from 9-5 everyday of the week. The teachers are immaculate when it comes to their teaching and down-to-earth when it comes to understanding you.

SBCC is a great place to start your career. In the theatre department, the classes are geared towards beginners and the faculty usually won't cast students in productions, so if you are driven, it will push you to go out and make your own career. Although at first it may seem frustrating, SBCC will teach you so much through it doesn't teach you.

I would rate Santa Barbara City College an A-. It was named #1 community college in the nation this year and they deserved it. Great teachers, hard but great. Gorgeous campus that overlooks the ocean. And since its so close to UCSB that you can still get that university experience.

Santa Barbara City College has the most beautiful campus right in front of the beach. I participated in a sports team which are a lot of fun. There is a lot of opportunities via programs for underrepresented students, financial aid and i had for the most part amazing professors as a business major.
