The cafeteria is very diverse. The Student Union is good, but can be very unhealthy. The Tiger Express is convenient for dining with your friends, intimately.

The latest addition to campus is the Student Union, which holds several dining areas: the Chicken Shack, the Austin Grill, the Tiger Deli, Marshside Sunrise, and the Corner Cafe are all popular with the students. Meals are quick, affordable and delicious with the option to sit in the dining area with an amiable and fun musical atmosphere or to carry out your food to your room if you prefer something quieter. There is also the Tiger Diner, which has the feel of an old school 1950s diner, where they serve grilled burgers, milkshakes and put on old fashioned music too! The main dining area is the Tiger Dining Hall in King-Frazier, which serves a variety of meals. They have an awesome salad and sandwich bar and they also have a vegetarian bar!

The Dining Hall food is excellent. There are also a lot of other campus restaurants to go to and I have never had a bad meal. You never have to have the same meal all the time. You have a variety of foods t choose from and enjoy.

We have three areas to eat: the cafe, the student union, and the tiger express. The Cafe is this big cafeteria where students swipe their cards once and can eat in every line as much as they want, like a buffet. The menu varies day by day. The Student Union has about 4-5 places to eat but you swipe once and you get a meal with unlimited refills. In the Union, the food is always the same at every venue throughout the whole semester. The Tiger express is a small restaurant that would remind you of a waffle house, not much dining space but the food is good.

Savannah State offers great dining services. A more traditional cafeteria style and a more upscale food-court style dining. Both have tasty nutritious meals.

The food is good. There just isn't many places. They just need to build the whole campus up more. Too many students.

The food is good, but you get tired of it, it is a bit repetitive. It is a wonderful thing when you are starving.

The food in the Cafeteria is good and so is the food in the student Union but its very limited and you'll often get tired of eating it and also the prices just dont work for what you get and always remember to GET THE DINING DOLLARS you will need those.

The greek life is a whole other story. The AKA's and Kappa's are always on suspension. Then Delta's are pretty nice ladies the Ques are nice as well but they can be very rude when other greek life is performing or doing something special and the others you never really hear much from.

The Greek life seems very interesting and fun; they are like the main supporters of the university and their Greek events for their specific fraternities of sororities are always great to go to.

Because it is an HBCU much pride is given in Greek life. It is taken very seriously and your character must agree with the sorority or fraternity you're in.
