Categories Comments Bang for the buck SUPER affordable, get your BA for around 33k
Food and Dining fast food is near by, but all cooking is done in the dorms.
Dorm Life Small campus, but it's got that family feel.
Academic Rigor Academics aren't super hard, but balancing everything makes it tricky.
Tips for prospective students Be willing to be flexible, this program isn't for everyone but if you have a heart to see this world change for Christ, you'll love it! It's challenging and definitely stretches you, but keep pushing through!
In three sentences SUM is a powerful, intense, life changing college. If you want to go to an ordinary Bible college, SUM isn't for you. Academics paired with hands-on ministry experience, and personal mentorship.

Categories Comments Campus Safety For all parents who are sending their child to SUM or those new students who leaving from home for the first time, the SUM faculty takes the safety of you/child seriously and they do provide protective measures to ensure that everyone is involved with a safe school.
Great for these types of students If you are returning to school there is online courses just for you. If you want good Biblical teaching this is definitely by far the strongest in teaching when it comes to Theology. If you feel you are different , creative, a person who is adventurous, then S.U.M is for you.
Bang for the buck Economically, this is one of the best tuition programs that is affordable for anyone who wants to attend college. Rather you are attending for the first time, going back to school or even attending late in life it is worth it.
What to do for fun It's California, so what is there not to do!
Food and Dining Very Goooooood!
Dorm Life I don't stay on campus, so I don't know personally how it is on campus. I do have friends who have visited and who are resident at the campus and they love it.
Academic Rigor In the beginning it is very overwhelming, however you will survive and come out ready to take in everything you are learning. Don't give up, just do it!
Tips for prospective students When attending School of Urban Missions stay committed to the program. You won't regret it. In the beginning it may be very challenging but that's when you know you are learning.
In three sentences School of Urban Missions is the most unique college you can attend. Everyone is outrageous and contagious! If you want to validate what you believe and desire to do for your life this is the school.
