Room and Board The weighted average for room and board and other expenses is generated as follows:
  • (amount for on-campus room, board and other expenses * # of students living on-campus.
  • + amount for off-campus (with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus with family
  • + amount for off-campus (not with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus not with family)
divided by the total # of students. Students whose living arrangements are unknown are excluded from the calculation. What Students Are Saying

Small, quiet community with small classes and friendly staff. Pretty campus, good food, nice dorms. Within short driving distance from major cities (Austin and San Antonio are both about an hour and a half away) and there are nice parks and rivers w/ free equipment check out.
Pearl from San Antonio, TX
It is a very good school, especially if you prefer having smaller classes and your professors knowing who you are. There are so many ways you can get help here if you need it that you don't necissarily find in larger schools. Schreiner has a lot going for it.
