While tuition costs have been rising consistently, Shippensburg University is worth the money. There is an excellent staff of professors that are so willing to help and teach their students. The atmosphere is great and there are so many fun activities that the university plans. This is a great place to receive an excellent education and make life long friends.

I am not sure this University is worth the money for an out of state student. Some programs are great such as the education department and you will get your money's worth. I am not convinced other departments are worth the money.
