    What to do for fun

We, as a cohort or learning team, try to meet outside of the facility to complete our assignments, We may have dinner or just go to each other homes to study. We attend our members functions that may be going on in their personal lives. (i.e., birthday parties, Christmas dinners, movie nights out, etc.)

    Academic Rigor

The academic rigor can be overwhelming, however with each team member during their part, it can be less stressful. It is an accelerated program, but once you get use to its pace, you will be fine.

    Tips for prospective students

Be prepared to join a school: family. This learning team will be with you throughout the duration of your program. Learning to rely and depend on strangers will be intimidating at first, but once you being to communication with each member on a daily basis regarding your curriculum, it will become second nature. It's just being a part of a family.

Shorter University -CAPP program is ideal for the working adult. 4 hours of class once a week and meeting with a learning team 4 hours once a week does not interfere with your personal family life. Learning to depend on your learning team to help share in the weekly workload also is a blessing. Each member can do his or her part to help the lesson go smoothly.
