You can't beat the price.. You can get all of you prereq's for a transferable BA here and save lots versus a typical 4 year University.
Tips for prospective students
Take advantage of the counselors. They are there to help and want to help you succeed.

The teacher at Sierra College are HANDS DOWN the best teachers around. I have sat-in on multiple classes at some of the top universities in the nation and have found myself comparing their teaching abilities to the abilities of teachers at Sierra College. Sierra College teachers understand the potential of junior college students and will be your best friends in helping you succeed.
Am enjoying being here
The social environment around campus has a very warm feeling. At Sierra College, we take great pride in all of our athletic programs. Also, Sierra College is located in the most beautiful part of California. The weather is always perfect at Sierra College and the students that attend are always friendly and welcoming
Bang for the buck
Attending Sierra college is THE smartest financial and educational decision that I have ever made. With classes costing only $26/unit, your tuition is often cheaper than the cost of books! On top of this, units from Sierra College are easily transferred to hundreds of colleges all over California.
Tips for prospective students
Apply to Sierra College if you are even considering going to college in California. Between the cheaper units, excellent teachers, and overwhelming school pride, there is no way that you can go wrong in applying to Sierra College.

Everyday I come with a new bit of knowledge that I didn't have the day before. It refreshing to be challenged at school, but not overwhelmed. The best part is having the ability to engage in a new assortment of conversations because of my recently learned information. The teaching staff is more then helpful and cooperative. They always welcome you to ask questions and express concerns. The counseling staff is also outstanding. They are almost always available and help you with even the most insignificant requests. They really lead and steer you on the path to your destination.
Am enjoying being here
The campus is welcoming, yet spacious. All the classrooms and neat and modern, as enjoyable to be in as classrooms can be. The library, learning and writing center and test centers are all very resourceful and accommodating, making studying and research more convenient and successful.
Bang for the buck
The costs are all reasonable and you are getting more then you pay for. The time and dedication teachers put into teaching and helping is less than equivalent to the amount you pay. The only downfall is the price of books, but that's the case with any books, anywhere.
Tips for prospective students
Apply for classes early and know what interests you. Most classes are challenging so be sure to choose courses you are interested in. There is a huge variety of courses, with an assortment of times making your schedule most accommodating to you and your life.
Great for these types of students
Great for all students! You can accomplish as much as you prefer to. They're are Associate and Bachelor degrees available making the Sierra experience whatever you'd like it to be. Its your school, your way!
