Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding...Literally anything outdoorsy, you can do here! Going to the beach with friends, swimming in the warm months & just enjoying the views!

If you aren't an outdoor enthusiast there isn't much to do in the Tahoe area. Outdoor activities include hiking, mountain biking, cycling, trail running, climbing, beaches, and swimming for the summer. In winter you can really only ski and snowboard in a variety of different ways depending on the equipment you have. There are casinos near by with music shows of all kinds every week. It's Nevada so if you are over 21 gambling is an option.

Incline Village isn't just a small town - it barely even registers on some maps. Most of the local houses are owned by rich folks who use them as vacation homes, meaning that outside of the main tourist seasons (hiking/ski seasons) the town almost feels deserted. Don't expect to find many locals of college-age - your social life will most likely revolve around campus. As for actual activities, it mostly depends on the time of year. Aside from the bars, bowling alley, and casinos, almost everything to do centers around the outdoors. Boating, hiking, white-water rafting, and rock-climbing are the summer favorites, while skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing are big during the winter.

Incline VIllage is a really small town. Friends are really important here because there are few places to go unless you go further into Nevada or Cali.

There is so much to do at SNC! Between the school trips, location near San Francisco, Reno, and Sacramento, and the Lake Tahoe Basin you will never be short on things to do!
