Because it was my first year, things were kind of hard getting used to, but soon, I caught on to the jist of things. It also has the Pitt which is something like a food court where I can enjoy a quick meal while I chill and eat with my friends.

All though I do become rather homesick SCSU has lots of academic programs, extracurricular activities, and other festivities that take place on campus that help take my mind off being homesick and away from my family and friends that I have left behind. The campus is full of diversity and fun things to get into. I truly enjoy meeting all the different and new people on campus.
