    Stay on top of your own paper work and information. While the academics are great the schools financial offices are quick to lose things and change things around. Careful to check all costs and ask questions about what you are paying for.

    Do not play around freshmen year. Go to class everyday and do all assignments on time. Learn to prioritize; try your best not to procrastinate. Other people's advice about teacher's is not always accurate...get your own impression; you can always drop the class.
