The learning environment at South Carolina State is very relaxed. Teachers are easily accessable and willing to help students understand course material.

    South Carolina State University is a small historically black institution that is composed of a very diverse population. It gives a very family- like vibe to all students in attendance. SC State is an awesome school.

    SC State is a great school where the professors are here to help you achieve greatness. The financial aid office isnt of the most help so it is best that you go handle business before semester starts back. Contact your professors or any administrator in person, as sending them an email will not be helpful.

    Diversity Friendly students. Big on Community Service if your are looking for hours. Problems with financial aid, but you have to be patient.

    SCSU is a great HBCU for anybody who desires to work hard. It is also diverse in many ways and here everybody is family. SCSU has many awards and accomplishments in both academic and sports competitions.

    this school is good for certain majors and it is all what you make it. If you do not want to make your own fun then it will not be fun. It is a great school for music majors.
