Student Union just opened up a new Panda Express, Chick-fil-et, and Pita Pit. Also has main cafeteria options. Food is pretty good.

The meal plans are not too expensive and totally satisfying for an average college student. There are different options for different prices as well.

It's really hard to find fresh and healthy options on campus. If you're into greasy farm food, you're in for a treat. There are students on campus and in the area that work really hard to advocate for healthy options, but progress is slow. That being said, some of the food is still really good if you're not plagued by a health-conscious mind or dietary restrictions.

SDSU has lots of options for food and places to eat and most of the places are all in one building called The Student Union, which makes it easy to meet up with friends everyday for lunch.

South Dakota State University has improved its food and dining by adding in many new restaurants/dining areas that provide students with many options with where to eat.

The food here is great for anyone with a good metabolism and a hankering for grease. There are healthier options available, but they are few, repetitive, not available on weekends, and far between. If you're vegetarian, you'll be spending a lot of time wishing that the market in the union was open so that you can get to the salad bar. (It's only open for a few hours around lunch M-F and around dinner M-Th). If you have a lot of special dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, etc.) you should probably seriously talk to someone on campus about what you'll actually be able to eat.

The food on campus at SDSU is just okay. Many types of food are lacking flavor and the main food place is in the middle of campus and is hard for people on the west side of campus to have a good diet.

Greek life is unobtrusive, but supportive. If you're really not into the whole Greek thing, you probably won't notice them on campus aside from their periodic events. If you want to participate in Greek life, there are organizations for almost anyone that are very welcoming and inclusive to students.

There are many different sororities and fraternities on campus. They're safe and fun, nothing like you see in the movies! I haven't had a chance to pledge for one, but I have heard that it's sort of like a family. Everyone looks after each other, and it's a great way to meet some really awesome friends!

There is an Honors Dorm on campus, where all well educated students can meet and live. Besides, greek life does not evolve very well in the school, many students do not take studying seriouly but they do not bother intellectuals. II will rate Greek life 2.5 stars.

Greek Life isn't very big at SDSU, but they are working on building it. They now have three houses on Greek Row and a fourth one will be coming shortly this year. Greek Life is a great opportunity to be involved on campus and make connections.

I only know a little about the Agriculture related Greek organizations, and I only hear good about them. A few friends are in Sigma Alpha and AGR, both Ag related. There are tons of other frats and sororities, and I believe those are all listed on the website as well.

The sororities are great. Some of my friends went out for them and they love it. They are caring and its like having a family away from a family. They do a lot and help a lot of people.
