    There are many opportunities at South Texas College. The staff makes you well aware of them via email, phone calls, and even fairs. Keeping an eye out on your emails is a must, in order to get the most out of what they have in store for the students. Some professors use Blackboard, at first it's confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's the most useful thing you'll have. Make sure to keep track of your grades and talk to your professors if you have any questions; they have office hours specifically for that.
