Categories Comments Food and Dining there isn't much on campus to eat, but they do have a couple of light options and several restaurants just a couple of miles down from the college.
Academic Rigor The classes and instructors make sure you are challenged in your work, but give you plenty of resources to help if needed
Tips for prospective students Make sure you do your research before applying here, it is a good school, but some areas that they offer still have to be transferred to a different college to get a degree higher than associates.
In three sentences SCC is a good college for people that want to stay close to home. They have a lot of different courses to choose from, and the instructors seem to care about your success. Its also a great starter college if your planning on transferring to a 4 year college.

Categories Comments Campus Safety The college has security guards that patrol the campus all times of the day and night. They keep a check on parking passes and anyone without an ID badge.
Greek Life I am not sure about any Greek life here at Southeastern.
Clubs and Activities There are a few clubs and activities that are offered. The biggest activities are the baseball and softball games. There is a collegiate FFA program in the works for the 2013 semester school year.
Great for these types of students Friendly, outgoing, well rounded students are great students for the atmosphere of Southeastern.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus To my knowledge there are not any unusual traditions or places on campus.
Bang for the buck The cost of the tuition is well worth the classes you take. The tuition is not expensive and the quality of the education you receive is well worth the money and time spent there.
What to do for fun There are many on campus activities and clubs that one can join. Archery, baseball, softball, etc. There are places in Whiteville around the college to have fun at as well.

Dorm Life There are no dorms. You commute daily from wherever you live.
Academic Rigor The curricula are meant to be challenging so that the students learn and retain all of the vital information needed to achieve their goal in class.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Very safe. Vehicle break ins are rare and campus police aways ride around watching on their golf carts.
Greek Life I believe there is Kappa something another.
Clubs and Activities There are some clubs such as art, spanish, and a few others.
Great for these types of students Students who want to learn in a small friendly environment.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus At Southeastern you have to get an adequate number of engagement hours for classes. Most schools don't require this.
Bang for the buck Going to a community college saves thousands when compared to going to a university.
What to do for fun To be quite honest, there isn't much to do for fun on campus.
Food and Dining They just opened Rams Cafe which serves good food and there are several vending machines around campus.
Dorm Life There are no dorms at Southeastern since it is a community college. However there are local apartments that many of the non local students stay in.
Academic Rigor I have had some teachers who have been phenomenal and some who have been less than par. All schools have this though so I wouldn't consider it a flaw at the college.
Tips for prospective students Take classes seriously. Although it is a small community college, you can learn as much as you are willing to.
In three sentences The campus is small but the students are all friendly. Classes are also small allowing there to be more one on one with teachers. I saved a lot of money by going to Southeastern for my first two years and I would do it again if I had to.
