Campus Life

The food was good and free for the Upward Bound Students. The food was so good it made me gain some pounds.

Lots of dining options and new construction soon to come. The cafeteria (Cayman Cafe) is absolutely delicious and full of options for all types of eaters.

There is a very large selection of food.

The cafeteria hours can be inconvenient and there isn't very much to choose from in the union however, the school is currently expanding the union so hopefully there will be more options coming soon.

The cafeteria is always trying out new dishes and giving different healthy and vegetarian options. The food is pretty good, but if you don't use the cafeteria, the union has many other options. They have different food choices for everyone.

There is a decent variety on campus. But I try to bring my lunch as much as possible.

The on-campus cafe offers a wide selection of meals and is open from 7AM to 8PM. The food is delicious and the meals are covered in your meal plan if you have a dorm. If you don't have a meal plan, the meals are cheaper than most restaurants, with a cost of about $7 a meal. The cafe is all you can eat, so you are sure to get your money's worth. There are also numerous restaurants on campus, all of which are great, ranging from Popeye's to Subway to Taco Bell.

The school cafeteria is the best one I have ever been too. It has a large selection of food that changes often and has a kind staff. There are also many options for food on campus, around the cafeteria, and in the Union. Southeastern is also surrounded by a large number of restaurants, and many of them offer discounts to students.

SO many choices. The prices are very reasonable.

The only reason that I give food a 3 is that there are no healthy food options here. They offer fast food. pasta, pizza, cafeteria, or sushi but not too many other options. I would like more healthy options but it is liviable.

The Greek life is really involved on campus and throughout the community.

There are plenty of opportunities for involvement with the 'Greek Life', though I haven't personally been involved. Many of the fraternities and Sororities have special housing and events, both on and off campus.

Greek life rocks! I am in a sorority, and my boyfriend is in a fraternity. This has opened up so many opportunities for both of us.

I personally do not get along with any of the greeks because on this campus they are very rude and like always attempt to brain wash you before you join.

Many dedicated fraternities and sororities, many to choose from. An entire section of campus for Greek housing.

There are many Greek organizations at SELU.

Greek Life is great. It is, however, strictly regulated by the school (i.e. parties). The sororities are required to live in on-campus housing rather than a privately owned sorority house off campus, due to some really out of date Louisiana laws.

Yup, There are 20 (inter)national Greek letter organizations that offer membership as a college activity and as a life time experience.

Greek life is fun and hold events just for the Greek communities and is a nice experence if you can afford it. Also don't let Greek life take away from accedimics it is important to get education that is being payed for.
