Southeastern is a great school for those feeling threatened by the idea of starting at a large college. Southeastern is a blend of both worlds by offering many options (career and extracurricular-wise) and feeling more small-scale with a low student to teacher ratio. The atmosphere, food, people, and campus is all-around great!

Southeastern Louisiana University is so homey! With it being small, students get a chance to know their teachers and not just be 1 out of 1,000 students in a classroom. I would recommend this college to any high school students who are looking for a small community of friendly people.

Southeastern is a really quaint, smaller university that really fits diverse needs. Whether you're looking for the full college experience (good football, Homecoming, tons of organizations) or you just want to take some great classes (a lot of people are commuter students), I think this is a great choice. There are a bunch of major options, and with some really high ranking programs (nursing, education, an Emmy-winning TV station), it's a great place to attend.

Southeastern is a great school that really wants their students to succeed. I currently love my professors and truly enjoy my classes. Also, Southeastern is wonderful because it has smaller and more personal classes.
