My experience at SMU has been very rewarding since it has open up for me many opportunities. After taking organic chemistry, I realized that I have a great passion for learning about how things happen at the atomic and molecular level. In addition, I realized that I have a passion for research because in a way or another, you are creating knowledge by finding new discoveries.     SMU is a small university in a big city. The beautiful campus is a welcoming place for students who want to get involved and meet people from around the country and world. SMU offers endless ways to get involved and Dallas is the perfect city for success post graduation.

    Very friendly staff with a wide variety of well rounded professors. It's worth the cost of tuition but keep in mind that you will have to work for it. There are classes for practically any subject you can think of.

    Apart from the beauty and class SMU offers it is also academically rigorous. With small classes and great professors who are willing to help you outside of class you have a great opportunity to learn and exceed your own expectations. The resources are immense and you will gain so much from this private institution.
