Yes I'm learning much from academics and also living on your own. Coming from a city to a little suburb can be such a culture shock but in the end you will get adjusted and will make a ton of friends. You will learn a a lot and from other people and I myself am learning from other students that come from different views and beliefs... But hey I'm learning.

I love the community feeling and camaraderie that exists at SNU. The administrators and professors know you by name and invest themselves in your success. The spiritual aspect of SNU is the best.

Southern Nazarene University is a great place to call home for (more or less) four years. I feel like it is like Hogwarts; it will always be there to welcome you home. It is a safe place to grow, ask questions, change, learn, and build lasting friendships before you truly enter the real world (whatever that is).

SNU is incredible! The community is amazing, it feels just like family! The faculty and staff really want to teach you, not because they have to but because they want to.

Friendly students and professors, which was a nice change from my previous large state college. There are smaller class sizes, which gives the student better interaction with the professors; and - in my case - helps me learn better. The only possible downside is that it is religious based, so if you are under 22 you have to attend chapel two days a week.

The teachers are well educated and easy to get along with outside and inside of the classroom. It is a Christ centered church and you are required to attend chapel, which can be frustrating at times. Overall the school is a great school get an education.
