The main campus for Southwestern College is fairly small compared to the size of a university. Before joining a club or organization on campus I got into a I am going in circles mood, because I was still at Southwestern and still had some ways to go before transferring. Also the large amount of students relative to the amount of classes available can cause for some students to not get in a class, and still be at Southwestern College longer than they should.

I enjoy being here because the environment is great and most teachers are looking after you. They really want to help. I have had really nice and helpful teachers. I have made great friendships, especially in my music classes. And the music classes are just fun and very insightful.

Southwestern has a wide variety of extra curricular activities to captivate ones interest and to secure ones motivation,(swimming, judo, drama, philosophy, soccer, dancing, etc.)there is even a place to wait for classes if you have time to burn. But the campus is small so it gets crowded quickly.

When I first came to Southwestern College I didn't think I would like it at all, but the teachers are nice and all the people I met are just as nice and awesome. The environment is relaxed, lots of trees and grass. They also have a pond with turtles in them.
